Why should you join a Reference group? Because ESDIN will help the national mapping and cadastral agencies of European Union Member States, candidate countries and European Free Trade Association (EFTA) States to meet the requirements of INSPIRE for data related co-ordinate reference systems, administrative boundaries, transport networks, cadastral parcels and hydrography. Two types of reference groups have been established within the ESDIN project : Observer groups for those with a general interest and Expert groups for those wishing to actively participate in specific topic areas as described in the table.
